Can humour help people pay attention to important topics?

Who gets to speak?
Whose voice is heard?
And how do production elements come together to influence this?

These questions carry over into my work as a performer and arts organiser outside my former role at Radio ORANGE.

As a queer feminist comedian (yes, it's possible), I work exactly at the intersection of humour and politics. My performance work is driven by the desire to find innovative and entertaining ways to communicate important information and discuss political ideas.

I feel strongly that a message does not need to be either serious or fun, but can (and ideally should) be both. As you will see in my CV, I have extensive experience performing on stage and have also co-founded an organisation for the promotion of political arts and culture in Vienna called 3witches.
